Poor or lack of after service
I used Splash Out Pools October 2021 to Re Fiber my pool. All went well and I was happy with the work and the service received. In Jan 2023 I noticed that my pool shell started bubbling and contacted Splash Pools to honor their warranty. They eventually sent someone out in May after numerous calls and messages for assistance. I was told that they cannot work on the pool due to the weather (rain) and they will come out at a later stage. We are in August now and I'm still waiting, after yet again, numerous messages. The initial service I received was good, but I can now say that there is a lack or even no after service from Splash Out Pools.

I can however say that he is very professional, willing to assist and a man of his word. Thanks Dirk, for sticking to your word and I would recommend your services and make use of them with any future projects.
