Sub-standard Workmanship

With regret that I have to write another review.

How it started. I used Splash Out Pools to Re Fiber my pool. I experienced issues and contacted them to honour their 5 year warranty. They sent someone out after numerous calls and messages for assistance. Had more issues with the pool, they came out yet again with a different individual, and not long after fixing the issue, the painted started peeling off. The concern is that there was no supervision or inspection from Splash Pools after work was carried out. I contacted Dirk 5 December 2023 and was told that they will come as soon as they have funds available. I have been following up since then and have been given the same reason over and over again. I have paid a lot of money to revamp my pool and money is the reason they can’t honour their warranty. I can now give my opinion on their workmanship, which is substandard. I can even say that the after service is as poor as the workmanship.
