Splashpools.co.za do not investigate or honor warranties.

Splashpools offer a warranty that is not supported at all. They do not respond to calls and requests to address a warranty claim. My pool shell is bubbling and buckling and was installed at an angle. Splashpools are doing nothing about resolving this issue.
