Washielah Kahaar swimming business in Goodwood : *****t and ******!
This woman name Washielah Kahaar has a swimming business in Goodwood She is a Muslim and running a business in her backyard. I paid for registration and lessons packages. I had one lesson with her than she refuses to teach me afterwards. She discriminates against me because I am not Muslim neither colored like her. I asked for refund she refuse to refund my money (the remaining lessons money). This woman is a *****, evil, ****** and discriminatory. But she will pay for what she did to me. Karma is real! watch!

Require confirmation of Company Information.
Hi, I had my pool installed by this company in 2015, then had to have my shell removed in 2021 and reinstalled after numerous attempts to fix the ongoing & persistent leaks. I now have a new crack developing and cannot get hold of anyone from this company. Has the company closed down, wouldn't surprise me after seeing the negative comments posted before me. So I'm looking for Barbara or Neil. The gentleman that assisted me in 2021 has since left the company - I have tried emailing them, emails are bouncing, the landline is not answered and neither are the cell numbers? Can anyone assist with confirmation if company has closed and or how to get hold of someone as my pool will still be under guarantee.

Splashpools.co.za do not investigate or honor warranties.
Splashpools offer a warranty that is not supported at all. They do not respond to calls and requests to address a warranty claim. My pool shell is bubbling and buckling and was installed at an angle. Splashpools are doing nothing about resolving this issue.

Horrific
Run for the hills. They had no idea what they were doing. Richard sold the business a little while after my pool was "installed". The fibre glass had a big crack in it, besides several chips. The pool was leaking after installation. After draining the pool and trying to repair the crack, turns out the pool was leaking for other reasons. The ground around the pool collapsed because they didn't know how to stamp and tile. And so pipes broke in the ground. Of course emptying my pool twice was for my water bill cost. Huge ugly gaps under the tiles despite them trying to fix it. The tiling quality tiles are terrible. The lady who installed it at least gave good service and tried to come back and fix all the issues. But she too has left now. Now when solar panels are flying off the roof less then a year later, I'm told there is ZERO work guarantee on the installation they did for the solar panels. Even though my invoince doesn't say that. Nevermind when they installed the solar panels they didn't even know if it should face north or south. I could go on. Barbara after sales service is terrible. At least the previous agent, tried to fix the issues.

Rare great service from a construction service provider
Very pleasantly surprised in the way they went about their business of installing a pool at my home. Limited impact, disruption on my day-to-day life. Quick and tidy. Minor hiccups were dealt with and we moved on. Communication from Richard and his team was honest and constant

If you are in the market for a splash pool in the JHB area, I highly recommend that you contact Richard Phillips for the job. Richard and his team, Robson, Joackim and Briton did a fantastic job and provide excellent aftersales service! We had a bit of a mishap on night 1, in which the creepy hose was floating on the top of the water and the pumped sucked in air and caused the heater to burn out. Richard and his team came out the very next day, without fuss, and replaced the heater for us FOC. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you SplashPool.co.za

If you are in the market for a splash pool in the JHB area, I highly recommend that you contact Richard Phillips for the job.
