Hi, I had my pool installed by this company in 2015, then had to have my shell removed in 2021 and reinstalled after numerous attempts to fix the ongoing & persistent leaks. I now have a new crack developing and cannot get hold of anyone from this company. Has the company closed down, wouldn't surprise me after seeing the negative comments posted before me. So I'm looking for Barbara or Neil. The gentleman that assisted me in 2021 has since left the company - I have tried emailing them, emails are bouncing, the landline is not answered and neither are the cell numbers? Can anyone assist with confirmation if company has closed and or how to get hold of someone as my pool will still be under guarantee.
This company drives me CRAZY! They were very quick to respond to my query to apply for fibre but their after sales services is non-existent. They have for your convenience a WhatsApp number whereby you can select the various options for assistance - IT NEVER WORKS. Their landline number just rings and rings and rings. If your account is in arrears they are quick to send you an email BUT you cannot talk to anyone. They increase your premiums WITHOUT any prior notification, I have emailed them and over a month later I am still waiting for someone to call me. I have decided that best I get in my car, and physically drive to their premises to try and get my query resolved. Honestly, I AM NOT IMPRESSED with the service of this company.
I recently was told by different orthopaedic surgeons that I require surgery on my shoulder. Fedhealth furnished me with an authorisation number but on the quote there is a co-payment for the arthroscopic procedure. According to them, the Trustees have stated that doctors excessively use and exploit this method which according to them is quite costly, so to save members' by keeping the costs down, you have to pay the co-payment regardless of what plan you are on with Fedhealth. I am not a surgeon and how can we as members/patients dictate how a doctor must operate is beyond me. They are quick with their responses but not quick at all to give you options. So what they are saying to me is, sorry for you, if you cannot pay R9k you cannot have this operation done! Talking to them is a nightmare, they don't respond well to emails and quite frankly reading other comments made by members of Fedhealth I too wonder why I'm still with them. You gladly take our monthly premiums .... You state that you're affordable, but when it really counts who are you actually looking after? Non-invasive surgery is better for the patient, but it costs too much for the scheme - "Family looks after Family" - REALLY?
