I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing service we received at Papachinos Clearwater. We visit a few times a year, and this time, for our anniversary, they truly went above and beyond to spoil us. From the fantastic staff on the playground to the top-quality food we were served, everything was exceptional. We were especially delighted with the complimentary dessert – such a thoughtful touch! The kids had a blast making their own pizzas, and they’ve been asking ever since when we can return. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. We will definitely be back! I recently visited iJump Clearwater with my family, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. As first-time visitors, we had high expectations, but unfortunately, we will not be returning for a long time due to several safety concerns and overall dissatisfaction with the service. We have two children, one who can play on the larger trampolines and another who needs to be in the Small Kids Corner. While I was standing in the Small Kids Corner, closely observing my youngest child, I asked the staff member on duty if she could watch over my child for a few minutes while I checked on our other child. She assured me she would. However, when I returned, I was shocked to find that she did not know where my child was. In a panic, I searched the area and found my child on the large trampolines, which was highly concerning as this area is not intended for younger children. What alarmed me even more was the fact that the security door leading outside to the parking lot was wide open. Anyone could have walked out with my child, and this is a serious safety issue that needs to be addressed. After bringing my child back to the Small Kids Area, I noticed that the security door was once again left open shortly after we had closed it. Additionally, I noticed that the barrier around the Small Kids Area is too high, and children are able to walk through it at the bottom. This poses a risk to the safety of the younger children, and I have observed multiple occasions where the security gate was left open, which only further contributes to the safety concerns. Given these issues, I would like to suggest the following improvements to ensure the safety of all children at the facility: Repair the security gate so it cannot be easily opened, and ensure it is secure at all times. Install a sliding door that can only be operated by an adult, ensuring that once children are inside the Small Kids' Play Area, they are safely contained and cannot easily exit without adult supervision. Safety should be a top priority at any children's play facility, and unfortunately, my experience at iJump Clearwater left me with serious concerns. I hope that these issues are taken seriously, and I trust that the necessary steps will be taken to prevent any future incidents. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and support I have received regarding an ongoing request. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, I have been left with no clear answers, and the situation continues to deteriorate. On 23rd December 2024, I initially submitted a request for a split profile. I was informed that a new email address would be required, and despite being told that we only had two available email addresses, I followed up accordingly. I even asked our IT department to create a new email address, and I resubmitted the required documents on 7th January 2025. However, despite my repeated follow-ups, I have yet to receive any response from Bonisiwe. Over the course of several phone calls and emails, I have been promised callbacks that never materialize. Every time I reach out, I am told that I will receive a call back either that same day or the next, but this promise has yet to be fulfilled. The most recent call I made this morning also resulted in the same empty promise of a callback "just now," yet there has been no follow-up. It is especially concerning that there appears to be no clear complaints department or escalation process. The only person who has made any effort to assist me is Sithembiso, and I greatly appreciate his help. However, the lack of response and action from others, particularly Bonisiwe, is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to escalate this issue effectively. I am writing to share my recent experience at your facility. Before visiting, I called to confirm if Crazykidz farm was open to the public and was assured that it was. Additionally, I inquired if children could play with all the equipment, including the jumping castle, and was told that they could. Upon arrival, my children were excited about the jumping castle, only to be informed that they were not allowed to play on it. Its only for the kids who attended the party thats allowed to play on it This was a significant disappointment for them. Furthermore, I noticed ****roaches on the station where coffee is made, which raises hygiene concerns.
For the past 4 years, I have been consistently trying to have my contact information removed from your system. Despite repeated attempts, every time I receive an SMS stating the location of the car - usually in the early morning - I am inundated with calls and messages. As mentioned previously, this vehicle was a fleet car that was returned to Toyota and I am no longer involved with it. Additionally, I am no longer employed by the company that utilized this car as a courtesy vehicle. It is possible that the car has been sold or disposed of in some way. However, today on 21/12/2023, when I received yet another message, I called once again. Not only did this take up my valuable time and airtime, but I was told to wait while attempting to explain my situation. In the middle of my sentence, I was interrupted and told to hold as the representative took another call. They then resumed our conversation and informed me that there are certain procedures that must be followed. Eventually, they instructed me to "get to the point". As someone who works in customer service myself, it is disheartening to receive such treatment. I regret having to leave this negative review but it is necessary for others to be aware of these issues and for appropriate action to be taken swiftly.
