Splizr Networks cancelled my internet subscription due to signal problems from their side!! They were quick to still take the debit order of my account end of September but I am battling now since 5 October 2023 to get my money back! I am sending emails and I am phoning the accounts department on a weekly basis and they are just ignoring me. They are closing my "ticket" on their system without resolving the issue. They are taking messages just for no-one to contact me back. I received an email from Cedrick Moshoma on 23 October requesting my bank details for the refund. So, I sent it to them immediately. On 30 October I got an email stating the following - Good day, Please note that we are done with salaries and we are doing VAT payments. We promise that after VAT, we will start with refunds. On 6 November I received an email from Cedrick Moshoma again stating that my refund was not done yet but it will be paid that week. Guess what? Im still waiting for my refund and it is 19 December 2023. Every time I phone the accounts department then they have a lame excuse to why they can not assist me immediately and then they take a message again and again and again........ This is the most useless company I have ever dealt with in my life. Please do not make use of their services they are pathetic!!
