Absolute unreliable service : Unfortunately we had no choice but to use them, but I think with this type of service I should stick to Telkom. Our WiFi download/ upload speed is currently 0.06 mbps. Whatever you do PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have been paying for internet services since March 2024 when they sold my services to another provider without transferring my acc to the new provider and as result I battling to get refunded my funds which I have logged a case with them, they required my proof of account and no further respond even if I try contacting them. Unhappy customer

Accounts department does not know how to do their jobs,its back and forth emails, 😒 even tho i paid they keep saying i owe because thwy dont keep track of their payments or emails even complaints. had to wait 2 years for them to install a faulty dish they said i dont need to pay the month it didnt work now they keep giving me **** for it and want to suspend even tho i am up to date now... absolutely pathetic and judging by the rest of these reviews i am not the only one having problems with that specific apartment

Accounts department does not know how to do their jobs,its back and forth emails, 😒 even tho i paid they keep saying i owe because thwy dont keep track of their payments or emails even complaints. had to wait 2 years for them to install a faulty dish they said i dont need to pay the month it didnt work now they keep giving me **** for it and want to suspend even tho i am up to date now... absolutely pathetic and judging by the rest of these reviews i am not the only one having problems with that specific apartment

Splizr Networks cancelled my internet subscription due to signal problems from their side!! They were quick to still take the debit order of my account end of September but I am battling now since 5 October 2023 to get my money back! I am sending emails and I am phoning the accounts department on a weekly basis and they are just ignoring me. They are closing my "ticket" on their system without resolving the issue. They are taking messages just for no-one to contact me back. I received an email from Cedrick Moshoma on 23 October requesting my bank details for the refund. So, I sent it to them immediately. On 30 October I got an email stating the following - Good day, Please note that we are done with salaries and we are doing VAT payments. We promise that after VAT, we will start with refunds. On 6 November I received an email from Cedrick Moshoma again stating that my refund was not done yet but it will be paid that week. Guess what? Im still waiting for my refund and it is 19 December 2023. Every time I phone the accounts department then they have a lame excuse to why they can not assist me immediately and then they take a message again and again and again........ This is the most useless company I have ever dealt with in my life. Please do not make use of their services they are pathetic!!

Actually they do not even deserve one star. They are absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!!! I as well as 2 of my neighbours have been struggling with them for over two months. The last 3 weeks we almost had no internet connection. I have been sending email on email on daily basis and the don't even have the decency to reply to those, nor returning any phone calls after phoning them like 3 to 4 times a day. There is no excuse in the book that they have not used...….And they think everyone is stupid with some of their comments about what is going on. I have been spending money on phone calls, and data as my son is busy writing his Unisa Exams and already lost out on one subject due to them not fixing the problem. I have run out of patience and money now. PLEASE DO NOT EVER TRY AND USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! LYING ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!

Ladies and gentlemen, please do not take up service with this company. They offer internet services, they previously were called PMF now they sold the company to Splizr Networks. We moved 2 months ago and wanted them to re-install the equipment they took forever, and eventually came and said they do not service this area. Our contract will be canceled. 2 months since then they keep sending me statements saying I need to pay my account. When I call there is no professionalism they tell me to hold on and that someone will call no one comes back to me. Please be watchful of this company
