I know it's the last few days of the year, but why open then?. We were 3 people in the bank. Yet waited for more than an hour. It's otherwise empty.
Absolute unreliable service : Unfortunately we had no choice but to use them, but I think with this type of service I should stick to Telkom. Our WiFi download/ upload speed is currently 0.06 mbps. Whatever you do PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Whatever you do please don't buy from this company. This is the second time, looks like we didn't leaen our lesson. We placed an order in the beginning of March, it's the middle of May, and no sign of the sneaker. After numerous emails sent, nobody bothers to get back to you or to reply. Money thrown down the drain!!
Absolutely terrible service. This is the second pair of sneakers purchased, I didn't learn the first time. I purchased on the 5 Oct 2024 , till now have not a peep. No emails, no one answers the calls, no reply to WhatsApp messages. This will definitely be the last time I buy sneakers and I hope people read these bad reviews and stop buying from a company that shows no interest in their customers
Absolutely terrible customer service... After many years of having this account - I finally closed it. I couldn't be happier. There's nothing I'm going to miss., especially the 10 calls per day to say I need to pay R400.. It's laughable really.
I'm quite saddened and dissapointed, and decided to make it known to the public. Perhaps others have also experienced this. I've been a loyal customer of Foschini for years, it was my very first account ever when I started working. Today when I'm in a problem, they just say 'there's nothing we can do for you'. So that's how South Africans are treating each other. I've been unfortunately ****med and all my funds have been removed from my account, I sought assistance from Foschini, thinking they'd understand. I've forwarded proof even.. So the time has come. I will be closing my account. WHEN I eventually pay the account up, I will be calling it quits. You are lacking in compassion.
Due to high airline tickets we are sometimes forced to use bus services. That's not an issue IF WE HAD A SYSTEM. we had booked a ticket from Bellville to JHB on the 31/03 to leave at 19:30, and just like greyhound, they were late, an hour late to be precise. Bear in mind there's many females and students waiting in a random street in Bellville waiting for the bus. The bus had a minor problem so they send a shuttle to take them to some other stop to get to their respective busses-also not an issue. We had booked the dreamliner, all of a sudden my daughter is put on a citiliner thats INFESTED WITH ROACHES, Absolutely pathetic. Anyway this was a downgrade and something we never paid for. Then they were stuck for more than 2 hours at a bus stop because the drivers card is declining - I mean come on don't you make sure your drivers are sorted when they leave, it happens yes, but not to be more than 4 hours late. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND, WE DIDN'T GET WHAT WE PAID FOR AND IN FUTURE WILL NOT MAKE USE OF THIS SERVICE. I WILL RATHER PAY THAT EXTRA AND BE ONA FLIGHT, THAT'S CLEAN AND ON TIME. Absolutely ********** service. If you want to travel by bus, don't use the greyhound, the standards have dropped drastically.
I'm with bonitas for soemtime, in December on holiday I needed to go to the doctor, when we tried calling, nobody responds or they offline or whatever. Now in January I need to contact them with regards to some queries I have, I call the brokers nobody answers the phone in the morning, I've emailed - no response. Disappointing and really unhappy. It's a simple thing... Do the job that you advertising!!
I had an issue with the app ( you guys should look into it) I couldn't upload images of my car. I've tried deleting and re i stalling the app, to no avail. Today a consultant told me about going onto the app via google.... And voila!!! what do you know - it worked.
Absolutely miserable to work with them. I can't give half a star but thats all that they get, because when it was time to sign up a consultant called me relentlessly. After recieving the device, it doesn't work, there is no signal and now when I've asked to cancel, nobody returns or even picks up the call. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not subscribe to this provider, you have to stay on the line for 20-30 minutes before someone answers your call. They keep sensing emails but no agent calls back.
