*****ulent company dont fall for it!

I placed an order on 1 October 2023, its the 16 October, I have not received my purchase. I have tried contacting the vendor via whatsapp email and phone call all i get is a answering machine or automated response from email. I have reported them to their service providers and will be opening a reporting them to the necessary authorities..
