Bad delivery service and communication

I'm certainly unhappy with the service I purchased Spikes on Sunday till today I haven't heard anything from them.I called on Monday afternoon they said orders from Sunday will be processed on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, I should expect them on Wednesday. I called this morning 11 March was told I should've been called by now they will find out and get back to me ,which never happened.

I'm highly disappointed with SportSA I even choose a fast delivery option (paid extra) even when I had a free delivery option I still choose to pay for a faster one cause my son needs those shoes urgently. What a terrible service
