I'm certainly unhappy with the service I purchased Spikes on Sunday till today I haven't heard anything from them.I called on Monday afternoon they said orders from Sunday will be processed on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, I should expect them on Wednesday. I called this morning 11 March was told I should've been called by now they will find out and get back to me ,which never happened. I'm highly disappointed with SportSA I even choose a fast delivery option (paid extra) even when I had a free delivery option I still choose to pay for a faster one cause my son needs those shoes urgently. What a terrible service

I I went to Virgin Active to join as a member. The sales consultant asked if I was a member before I said no I was a stuff member and I do have arrears I was once a tenent. He offered me 50%off to clear my debts I did that and paid my joining fee, 2days later I receive a call from him saying my contact can not be authorized I have to pay 100% of my PT account I didn't not disclose that I was a tenant of which I did. I called the head office but still no help. I'm very disappointed with Virgin Active this is a brand I worked for I woke up 04:30 with pride. I worked as a PT, FI and a service ambassador of this brand but can not offer me 50% off to join as a member.I'm highly disappointed it's not even 2 months since I left as a service ambassador due to relocation.
Had an accident last January 2019, so I took the lady that dumped into me to the lawyers. This matter has been dragged so long its affecting me. It's over a year and 6 months now. I have been calling legal wise and my lawyers they are telling me the same thing over and over.
