02 Mar 2026, 17:55I purchased a pair of rugby shoes from your Atterbury sportsmanwarehouse store on 27 February 2026. The shoes tore during my child’s first match, after only one days of use. This is clearly a defective product.
Store manager Simon Monogole refused to provide a refund or replacement, made my son leave without shoes, and stated that the shoes must be sent to the supplier (Addis) for assessment, with no clear timeline. Customer service consultant Tamy was also extremely slow and unhelpful, requiring several calls to get a response.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, I am entitled to a full refund or replacement for a defective product. I request that this matter be resolved immediately with either a refund or a replacement pair of rugby shoes. Bad service never ever again! Will purcha*** from sportsman warehouse again EVER!!!
