Remove me from debt review
I have tried now for more than 7 months for finfix to remove my name from debt review. I wanted to apply to my daughter for a loan from university and, to my surprise, Finfix placed me under debt review, which I was never under debt review. My details don't pick up on their system and they just do anything. I called numerous times. They would get back to me and forward my credit profile and ID number nothing every time I spoke to someone different. They are messing with my life.

lipco cannot assit me with high court summons
i received i high court summons and contacted lipco i was requested to forward summons and was said that a meditator will get back to me.nadia stephens of lipco send me an email with notice to defend and ncr compl form and request docs which i forward to her,she inform me that she will send it to claims dept and aviwe peter was assigned she alleg send me an email that she made contact with me but never received her call,i phoned her on no provided on email and she was not in her office i left my cell no for her to call me back she never did.eventally i get hold of her and she told me that she forward my stuff to litigatin dept who said that my claim was rejected and that lipco can provid me with an attorney at my cost.i told her how can she say it the attorny of african bank contact me not lipco to tell me that they is going to take summary judgement against me i contact lipco asking them what i must do.they could not tell me what to do.contacted aviwe peter who told me that she will get back to me but fail to sent me an email.i was forced to pay adv to oppose summary judgement. i lodge a compl with claims dept still nothing.im not happy with service and had to pay adv at my cost.
