Poor Customer Service

I purchased running shoes under the above reference and wore them only three times (I use them only on marathon race days, not for training). A tear/crack has already developed, which clearly indicates a defect.

When I visited Sportsmans Warehouse, I was told I could only receive a R5,499 voucher because I paid via PayJustNow. This is unacceptable, especially since there is no suitable replacement stock available and I am now left without running shoes.

The online agent, Herschel, advised me to accept the voucher (valid for 3 years) and wait for new stock. That is not a fair solution — I paid R5,499 for running shoes, not store credit.

I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method or an exchange for the same/equivalent shoe.
