Merchant Ref: LSWA45529918 PayJustNow Ref: Le3QNRGxb6 I purchased running shoes under the above reference and wore them only three times (I use them only on marathon race days, not for training). A tear/crack has already developed, which clearly indicates a defect. When I visited Sportsmans Warehouse, I was told I could only receive a R5,499 voucher because I paid via PayJustNow. This is unacceptable, especially since there is no suitable replacement stock available and I am now left without running shoes. The online agent, Herschel, advised me to accept the voucher (valid for 3 years) and wait for new stock. That is not a fair solution — I paid R5,499 for running shoes, not store credit. I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method or an exchange for the same/equivalent shoe.
Good Day, I noticed on my Clear Score report it shows that I didn't pay my credit card for the month of January when I paid R10k 18 December 2021 and R1100 on 23 Jan 22. I spoke to a Nedbank agent named Michalea/03/03/22 and politely asked her to escalate this matter because it has a negative impact on my credit score i never skip payments. to date i haven't received any correspondence from Nedbank. I am not going to run around to get this sorted with Experian you messed up and it need it fixed.
Bid or Buy Claim to have consumers protected which is not true, I won a bid online. Only to find out that the laptop I bid on was not what I saw in pictures, the laptop was broken and didn’t deserve to be sold on any platform. The seller used online photos to advertise the laptop which in my opinion is a false adverti*****t. I lodged a complaint and requested a refund thus they claim to have buyers protection act. When i paid for the laptop like always do i used Bid or Buy's account. To get a refund they're telling me that i must speak to the seller myself because he wants to pay me back in installments so we must speak and make an arrangement. Why must I accept that when i paid in full, hence Bidorbuy does not allow installments. So why don’t Bidorbuy pay me back and deal with the seller ? isn’t that what the buyers protection act must do ?

Got a call sometime last year I was asked if I would like to upgrade my contract and I said no. Then the sales agent advised me that the contract he offered me was a month to month contract of which I can cancel anytime. Today I called MTN wanting to cancel my contract that's when I discovered that I was conned, this was not a month to month contract.

She advised me that i would get a call or sms in 48 hours guess what ?</p> <p>Instead of Nedbank contacting me i had to follow up with every 3 days, i was never kept me in the loop. The last time i called i was told that there was a problem with my surname. Of-cos im aware of that hence i had to rectify my surname at Home Affairs last year and i sent the required documents. My point is if i didn't call you how was i supposed to know that you had fica issues on your side ? why don’t you follow up and update a customer just like other companies ? Yet you have the audacity to ask me to switch over to you. When someone is requesting for a credit increase it means they have issues to attend to and needs response as soon a possible don’t let them wait on you. After this experience i will try by my all means to close my account with you. Even today i don’t know what is the status of that request. i won’t call the call centre back and forth for one silly request you are useless guys.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>David </p>
