Added funds into spot money account via bank card on2/03/2026 , funds were available up until I tired purchasing a voucher from the app. Payment failed and funds where taken out of my account and never got reversed. I was provided with feedback regarding the matter stating that technical issues occurred and that they are working on the matter but unable to provide turn around time for resolving issues. I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR INTERNAL ISSUES / POLITICS!!!. FROM THE 3RD YOU MAKING CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR THEIR OWN MONEY ? DO WE HAVE MILLIONS TO IGNORE THE MATTER?. CATCH A WAKE UP WITH YOUR SERVICE , IN MY CURRENT SITUATION, I DONT HAVE SPARE MONEY SO HOW DO U SURVIVE AFTER HEARING YOUR INTERNAL EXCUSES?. REVERSE IT IMMEDIATELY
