Added funds into spot money account via bank card on2/03/2026 , funds were available up until I tired purchasing a voucher from the app. Payment failed and funds where taken out of my account and never got reversed. I was provided with feedback regarding the matter stating that technical issues occurred and that they are working on the matter but unable to provide turn around time for resolving issues. I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR INTERNAL ISSUES / POLITICS!!!. FROM THE 3RD YOU MAKING CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR THEIR OWN MONEY ? DO WE HAVE MILLIONS TO IGNORE THE MATTER?. CATCH A WAKE UP WITH YOUR SERVICE , IN MY CURRENT SITUATION, I DONT HAVE SPARE MONEY SO HOW DO U SURVIVE AFTER HEARING YOUR INTERNAL EXCUSES?. REVERSE IT IMMEDIATELY
Moneyversity points for 2026 are registering as 10 points = 1 cent, instead of 10 points = 1 rand. This is frustrating as there is a discrepancy and the completion of tasks is not being paid accordingly. Even after watching a video or reading an article or using tools on moneyversity , it still shows as incomplete. And when complete only 10 cents?
I've had a betway betting account, however I have decided to deactivate this account. So I did email betway support team and my account was locked. I've then decided that I would like to start using my account again so I send countless emails to betway support email with no feedback since last week. Customer service is key!!!.
I did a withdrawal on the 24th of June 2022 from supabets to my capitec account, It is now the 1st of July and I still have not received my fund of R300, this is ridiculous!. I keep sending emails and all they have to say is that they are querying with the withdrawal department.Then one email ,I get a response saying that my withdrawal has been processed and that the transfer was done yet i check with my bank and check my statements and there were no transfers that came into my bank account, that is very poor customer service! I need my money
Hi I have device insurance with Cell C insurance accompanied by hollard. My device has been stolen. My insurance claim has been approved and I've paid my excess fee last week monday. I already chose my phone .. the insurance company promised me 5 to 7 working days to deliver my new device. I called yesterday and they said that they are sorry about my device not getting delivered and they will deliver by next week Wednesday. That is nonsense who delivers on christmas day?. This is poor service. I have no phone. I'm still waiting for my device. Please I need my device by next monday! ID number: 96042360****1
