Complaint

My experience at Springs mall seeing security guards abusing elderly ppl parked at the entrance just so the lady can be able to get be lifted to her wheelchair. I'm disgusted by this act they didn't even show compassion instead of them assisting they are screaming and pointing at poor ppl . What gives your guards so much power to abuse customers because apart from this incident Springs mall guards are very disrespectful
