I went to boxer leeuport street in Boksburg, I needed to get a stamp to prove that I do not have a boxer account and the service I received was pathetic I was sent from pillar to post untimely the manager told the staff member to tell me that the stamp was broken I then requested to see the manager and he!/she was nowhere to be found after waiting for 45min I was told the manager is on lunch. Boxer should not offer financial products if they can't handle the admin that comes with it. Because of boxer my child has lost annual subsidy for his school fees
Your service has become pathetic over the years years from incorrect orders to delivery that takes way too long even Temu delivers way quicker than you 😏😏so disappointed I'm never going to order through you again
I have had it with home connect as a service provider, I logged a complaint earlier this month with regards to my internet speed technician was sent out and the router was changed but it just got worse my speed at this point is less than 20/10 . Very poor service, ripp off how do you charge me for 40/10 and give me less
I logged a complaint on Monday about internet speed and a week later the issue is not resolved, I'm paying for wifi and I'm getting less than what I'm paying for??? Your service is simply pathetic I'm not getting any joy from having you as a service provider

I have been not been connect to my wife since Thursday and when I called I was told I made a payment using the wrong link, question is why was I not notified of the payment changes become I've been using the very same link for the past 3 months now I'm inconvenienced without even being offered a remedy for this dialema. Now I have buy data until the issue is sorted why I'm I suffering the consequences for your pathetic service 😡😡😡😡
I went to African bank springs mall yesterday to stamp a form just to confirm that I do not have an account with you, to my surprise this morning I received an sms to collect my my world card, so an account was opened on my profile without my knowledge. The same thing happened last year and when I went to the branch to complain I was brushed off. This is ********* and I will be logging a complaint with the ombudsman this is actually ***** all in the name of sales.
I ordered on line and the order too hrs to come and top it all the order was incomplete and I didn't even get notification that the are missing items from my order,,, I'm very much disappointed and I will never order from pnp again
Yesterday I went to Ackermans tsakane mall and what I experienced there was beyond bad customer service, I was humiliated and I'll treated by a staff member all because I wanted a return a bra that did not fit it's a shame that in this day and age I had to experience such humiliation yes I'm a woman and yes I wear a bra so what? I'm never buying from Ackermans ever again
