I feel compelled to share my experience with this *****ulent company in order to protect others from falling victim to their deceptive practices. This company appears to be associated with other *****ulent brands such as Supreme Bunch and various delivery services, including well-known ones like FED Ex. I initially came across this company through an adverti*****t on TikTok for a dress that caught my attention. After proceeding with the purchase and providing my card details and delivery address, I received two emails notifying me of charges totaling R197 each for subscriptions to websites I had never heard of before - Supreme Bunch and Squad Tap. This immediately raised red flags for me since the dress I purchased was advertised for R199, making the charges seem highly suspicious. I promptly reached out to both companies, providing substantial evidence, including the TikTok ad link, and requested a refund. While they acknowledged canceling my subscriptions, they outright refused to refund me, despite the clear evidence of wrongdoing. I thought this ordeal would come to an end, but unfortunately, that was not the case. On Monday, I started receiving urgent messages demanding payment for the delivery fee, claiming that the item was now in the country. I was cautiously hopeful that at least I would receive the dress I wanted. Consequently, I proceeded to pay the R39 delivery fee, only to find that my account was charged an astonishing R809.15. To add insult to injury, I then received a welcome email from a dating site called Royallyinlove.com, informing me that I had been subscribed without my consent. Feeling shocked and devastated, I immediately contacted Royallyinlove.com to explain the situation. To their credit, they promptly refunded me, showing an understanding of the seriousness of this *****ulent behavior. However, I still suffered a loss of R394 without receiving any goods or services, leaving me with a terrible online shopping experience. In conclusion, I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this *****ulent company and its associated brands. The deceptive tactics they employ, including charging unauthorized subscriptions and manipulating delivery fees, are utterly unacceptable. I hope my review serves as a warning to potential customers and prompts authorities to investigate and shut down these *****ulent operations.
