Frustrating Database Connection Issues with Exneelo Hosting Rating: -20 out of 5 I've been a customer of Exneelo hosting for quite some time now, and I must say that I'm extremely disappointed with the recent turn of events. Lately, the hosting experience has taken a nosedive due to persistent "could not connect to database" errors that seem to plague even the smallest of websites. This issue has escalated to the point where it's negatively impacting both the loading of products and, at times, causing Apache errors. What's even more concerning is that I'm not alone in experiencing these problems. An independent client, who reached out to me yesterday, mentioned that she had encountered the same database-related issues. Frustrated with the situation, she made the switch to another hosting company – a move that I'm contemplating myself. And it's not just limited to her; numerous clients, both old and new, have been facing the exact same challenges. What's truly baffling is Exneelo's response, or lack thereof, to these issues. Instead of addressing the root cause, it feels like they're sidestepping the problem or resorting to the generic advice of "check your config file." This dismissive approach only exacerbates the frustration of us, the clients, who rely on their hosting services to keep our websites up and running smoothly. Even websites that have historically been trouble-free and kept up-to-date are now falling victim to these connectivity issues. This raises suspicions about whether there's an underlying problem within Exneelo that they're not being upfront about. As a testament to this, I decided to register an account with Afrihost as a last-ditch effort. To my astonishment, the dreaded "could not connect to database" problem vanished almost magically. This stark difference between Exneelo and Afrihost only deepens the mystery surrounding the issue. Why does a seemingly simple database connectivity problem disappear with a change in hosting providers? It's disheartening to see a company that I once trusted resort to vague explanations and unhelpful suggestions when the livelihood of my websites is at stake and so the reputation of my company. In conclusion, the recent database connection issues plaguing Exneelo's hosting services have left me frustrated and disappointed. The lack of transparency and meaningful solutions to these problems is pushing loyal customers like myself to consider alternatives. I sincerely hope that Exneelo addresses these issues head-on and provides clear, actionable solutions rather than continuing to sidestep the very real challenges their clients are facing. I do not want to hear any excuses any longer - while moving some clients to other hosting companies this issue is no longer - this or that - I am at the point that it became such a frustration to move all my clients because this falls on our reputation as companies. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! To who it may concern, I placed an order online to Debonairs Pizza IN Brits - I got my address wrong and it was suppose to go to the KLERKSDORP branch. After 12 calls to Debonairs Pizza Brits - THEY DID NOT ANSWER, Then Klerksdorp BRANCH answered and put me through to helpdesk - This guy I spoke to said he will try and call BRITS - but I have not heard back from him, OBVIOUSLY he most likely ALSO could NOT get through to them as well. OR he could and did not do his JOB. I resorted in calling CUSTOMER care after AN HOUR of struggling to assist and call the BRITS STORE - to cancel and REFUND my Order. ONLY THEN after customer care got a hold of me - did the BRITS store CALLED ME - I AM ABSOLUTTELY APPALUED at Debonairs Pizza Brits for not answering their phone??? then I got told they were busy?? for an hour? not taking calls? WITH WHAT? I want to be refunded for that ORDER! I placed the order 17:20 and now only at 19:00 after having to send a complaint email and thanks to customer care did this get "resolved" - Please see order below and refund. I also want proof of refund from Brits BRANCH - seeing as they cant answer a phone, not sure if they able to do an actual refund? NO, WAIT THEY CANT BECAUSE AFTER I CANCELLED AND BRANCH MANAGER ASSUERED ME IT IS CANCELLED THE DELIVERY GUY CALLS ME TO SAY HE IS AT THE WRONG HOUSE?????????????????????? HOW INCOMPITENT CAN YOU GUYS BE Now the delivery GUY CALLED ME and they actually in brits delivering the PIZZA -- after their CALL TO ME to say THE order is cancelled ?????? ABSOLUTELY APPAULING! I HAD TO TELL THE DELIVERY GUY TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE AND TELL THE MANAGER THAT SPOKE TO ME AND SAID IT WAS CANCELLED - WHY IT IS NOT CANCELLED????????????? DO I HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM?????? NOW AGAIN CANT GET THROUGH TO BRITS - WHY DOES THE DELIVERY GUY CALL ME --- AFTER THEY SAID THEY CANCELLED AND REFUNDED THE ORDER ------- HOUR AND A HALF OF MY FRIDAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4th time to customer care - OBVIOULSY also useless - and again tried to call the Branch in brits again not answering
If I could give less stars I would have. After 10 years going 11 years - I finally had it! Health Squared is officially the worst medical aid ever! They absolutely do not care about their members. I submitted an accountant letter which I have done last year stating my income - due to my account being a business account / personal account and due to my salary fluctuating (Freelance) - there is no way they can tell what I earn from my bank statements; after clients pay for adwords, hosting office rental and and other fees or my expenses to go see them. This is why I do have an accountant that does my financials. I submitted the same last year and it was accepted - however this year it is frowned upon like I am the Scum underneath their Shoes. I officially cancelled with them today - if it is not late payments to providers - or no COVER AT ALL - out of pocket expenses this year alone where Total Medical Claims not paid by the Scheme R3,407.67 2021 Total Medical Claims not paid by the Scheme R3,466.66 2019 And this is the stuff I actually bother to put through for tax purposes, because I literally do not bother anymore because they do not cover - not even something simple as an Inhaler. In 10 years I never been in the hospital - last year was unfortunate and had to struggle with them to pay the hospital for over 3 months! What if something serious does happen - I am getting Older - and I am afraid to say this medical aid is not up to standard - creates more worries and headaches if they going to cover or not! I do not feel safe with YOU! specially if you treat a member like this after 10 years of support and loyalty! An believe me - I am not a sickly person - but when it comes that I need to see the doctor - that is about all that is covered - !
Had my credit record pulled - Trying to reach them no avail - there are addresses listed on there and numbers THAT I DO NOT KNOW - and seems to be FRAUD related - I NEED THIS TO BE REMOVED ASAP
For 5 years every year AND EVERY MONTH my debit order from absa goes off my account. WITHOUT ISSUES With sufficient FUNDS in my account - as I am a business owner - my last payment for my car 'BOUNCED' - all my OTHER debit orders went OFF. ABSA REFRE Ref Absa ----- **********8 NOW WHY WOULD A DEBIT ORDER BOUNCE WHEN I HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS! AND WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME THAT IT BOUNCED!! WHAT LIES - I ASKED THEM TO PUT IT AGAIN THROUGH TODAY - AND NOTHING AGAIN!!! WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE THIS REFLECTS BADLY ON MY CREDIT WHEN I HAVE MORE THAN SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT - PLEASE RECTIFY THE ISSUE AS WELL WITH CREDIT BUREAU - AS I WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR AN ERROR ON YOUR SIDE!!!
