More than 2 months ago someone asked me to send an email on their behalf to request for their cellphone number to be changed for the SRD grant. I sent the email, they responded and asked for a few details which I sent to them. The next email stated that I would receive a sms on the new number in order to change the cellphone number. It's been 2 months and I haven't received any sms or other feedback from the SRD service centre. The person that asked for my help is very depended on the R350 SRD grant as it is their only income.
