I'm very unsatisfied, unhappy and extremely disappointed in the customer service. It's been months since I'm trying to change my cellphone number. I went through all the channels but I haven't received any communication from sassa whatsoever
I'm very very extremely unhappy with the service from sassa. It's been months since I'm trying to change my cellphone number since the old number got lost. Months with no communication whatsoever. It's very bad customer service
I wanted to withdraw cash at an absa atm. The atm had a technical error therefore I could not get the money but it went off on my account. I immediately contacted Tymebank. They asked for proof which I sent to them via email. I received a sms from Tymebank saying that they will give me feedback on the 28/11/2023 which is a month from now. This is very unacceptable and I'm very unhappy with the way they handled my situation.
More than 2 months ago someone asked me to send an email on their behalf to request for their cellphone number to be changed for the SRD grant. I sent the email, they responded and asked for a few details which I sent to them. The next email stated that I would receive a sms on the new number in order to change the cellphone number. It's been 2 months and I haven't received any sms or other feedback from the SRD service centre. The person that asked for my help is very depended on the R350 SRD grant as it is their only income.
First capital finance loan is a scam. They approve any amount of loan then they ask you to pay laywers fees before you can get the money.
I bought a product in the vodabucks store. Thought it was convenient and I received a discount as well. I placed the order and made the payment but I'm not able to receive the goods. I tried to contact vodacom several times but they just refer me elsewhere. I'm really tired of this back and forth.

I'm very unhappy with Tymebank putting my funds on hold. I wasn't made aware of this and I need access to my funds immediately. I use the account as savings but I'm not able to use the funds now that I need it.
