Poor Quality Homes & Terrible Service!

I moved into Waterfall Manor six months ago, and my snag list is still not signed off—neither by me nor by them. Despite countless requests, I still have cracked tiles, bubbling walls from leaking pipes, and uneven walls throughout my home. Every "fix" they attempt is just a temporary patch-up that falls apart within days.

The most recent issue was after heavy rains—multiple units, including mine, lost electricity. We waited over two hours for an electrician to arrive, only for him to say he had no idea what was wrong and that we’d have to wait until the next morning! I had to insist that he fix it immediately just to get any real help.

At this point, it’s clear to me that SSI Group builds with cheap materials and hires unqualified labor. If you're considering buying a home from them—think twice! The frustration and ongoing issues are simply not worth it.
