Dr E.S Fredericks charge me R300 for a consultation on 2024 06 24 and also claim another R300. From My Medical Scheme: Gems. I did report the case to HPCSA whereby Dr Fredericks agree to refund me with the R300.00. Refnumber at HPCSA: 24 08 14- 002826 dated 2024 06 07 Contact Person Rafeal Sumbane. 012 4021835. The Dr did not refund me yet.
