Worst hotel and customer service. We recently stayed in room 14 at the St Helena Bay hotel. Firstly, false advertising they advertise a swimming pool and only as you get there they tell you it is not working. Well we specifically booked at the St Helena Bay hotel because of their pool facilities. When you want to speak to a manger... Well they are all unavailable. The reception ladies will tell you to email the manager Lorette Diedericks and she will be of no assistance. We spoke to her about not recieving what we paid for, I e. we booked a hotel that offers a gorgeous swimming pool overlooking the ocean. She will tell you that the pool will still take months to be fixed and offer you a free night's stay once and only if it is fixed. Okay thank you for the gesture, but will you be paying for our petrol and time to get out there again? St Helena Bay hotel if you are at fault and not offering your clients what you advertise and what they paid for, should you not at least be giving them some form of compensation back? Oh yes, the manager Lorette Diedericks will also lie to you about all the swimming pool pictures being taken off all of their booking sites. Well only once we sent her the photos and link of the swimming pool being advertised did she bother to take the photos off. Oh would you like working plugs in your room? Well according to St Helena Bay hotel that will be too much to ask for. The reception lady will send you to your room knowing that your plugs are broken and not even giving you any kind of warning that they are broken. You will then have to run up and down as well as wait for the electrician to finish his lunch (may I add for almost four hours) before your plugs even get looked at or fixed. You will then get told it is loadshedding's fault which is a reasonable excuse but loadshedding was only two and a half hours, but before we even arrived they knew about the problem and after loadshedding they will still make you wait for simple utilities to be fixed. If you would like any sort of hotel or holiday experience I highly suggest you do not book at St Helena Bay hotel. They do not even deserve one star.

Complimenrs to chef Tim for providing the most delicious Valentyn's Lunch, i was told by Lorette who is a very attentative Host that he use to work for the 12 Apostels in Camps Bay. This was most definately our best Valentyn's meal by far. I have just received a email informing me that they will be doing a buffet Sunday 28th Feb. Looking very much forward to be Spoilt and impressed by you and your staff Lorette..

It must be - star because it is not worthy to have even one star. My husband want to surprise me for my birthday just to stop at a very disappointing hotel. The photos you see on the web side is not hpw it looks in real life. When you make a booking you are told you can only be booked in after 2. When you arrive the shoking news that the restaurant closed at 2 and so the bar.. The room and balcony does not even come near the photos. So I claim my money back no the manager dont know what my disappointed is????.On the web side it shows massages food and drinks just to find out that is not true. After a 2hours drive to find out and see that the pics on web is not near the pics in real life. When you phone to make a booking for a massage no answer. Very disappointed.

Ek het vir 3de en 4de April 2015 elektronies betaal om daar te oornag. Binne twee ure nadat ek daar aangekom het , kon ek en my vrou nie die lawaai van gaste uithou nie. Ek het Monica Smith gaan sien en meegedeel dat ons gaan uittrek en sy het daar en dan voorgeneem dat sy my totale bedrag van R1540-00 sal terug betaal. Sy het selfs my bankbesonderhede geneem . Ek het daarna weekliks gekontak deur middel van eposse en telefonies ten einde my betaling terug te kry, slegs beloftes dat dit gedoen sal word. Ek het nerens enige dokumentasie geteken met inboek of uitboek of dat daar enige gelde verskuldig sou wees as ek sou uittrek. Die res van die hotel was seker op die meest 20% vol dus het ek nie die plek van moontlike ander gaste geneem en toe gelos nie.
