It must be - star because it is not worthy to have even one star. My husband want to surprise me for my birthday just to stop at a very disappointing hotel. The photos you see on the web side is not hpw it looks in real life. When you make a booking you are told you can only be booked in after 2. When you arrive the shoking news that the restaurant closed at 2 and so the bar.. The room and balcony does not even come near the photos. So I claim my money back no the manager dont know what my disappointed is????.On the web side it shows massages food and drinks just to find out that is not true. After a 2hours drive to find out and see that the pics on web is not near the pics in real life. When you phone to make a booking for a massage no answer. Very disappointed.
Morning I was very disappointed with the service I receive at Ok furniture in Heilbron Free State. They advertise in the pamphlet the Muller & Haupt pots are on special till the 5 August 2018. I went on the 5th just to find out the store is not open. So I went the 6th and ask the lady I want the pots for that price because they were not open on the 5th and I could not come in before. So she told me I have to speak to the manager, I walk to the shelve to see if it is the pots that I want and notice the price on the shelve is still the price of R399 so I told them I want 2 set of pots. Ester phone the regional manager to get permeation to give the pots for me for that price. After a hour he wants to speak the me and told him my side of the story, He said they must give it to me for the shelve price. He also speak to the lady I talk to first time when I enter the store. When I told him I find the same sale price on the shelve she told me I am a layer and that the price of R399 was not on the shelve so I called the man that also work at OK who walk with me to the shelve and saw I took that price of the shelve. I think it is very bad to call a customer a layer and get away with it. Without apologies. If that is the why OK furniture is treating there customers this store will not be open for long. The previous time my mom went to buy some blankets and the same story they told her to be at the store 7 o’clock the morning just to find out they don’t have stock. After a hour that I have to wait I receive the disappointing news they did not have stock. Ester that help me and was very helpful told me she will order for me but she don’t know how long it will take.
I bought a LG microwave some time ago and start to rust inside - Microwave ovens is not suppose to rust inside for health issues. I try to log a call and is send all over the place with out any help.
