Being a student at Stadio has not been so easy. I’m not sure what the issue seems to be but for a highly recognised institution something’s a miss.
Service consultants are clueless as to processes and how to assist all they do is transfer calls from one end to another. Firstly imagine you are calling in and you on hold forever and when someone does answer they transfer you. I sat on the call for hours for the last few weeks and till date I’m not assisted.
This is honestly unacceptable.
