Being a student at Stadio has not been so easy. I’m not sure what the issue seems to be but for a highly recognised institution something’s a miss. Service consultants are clueless as to processes and how to assist all they do is transfer calls from one end to another. Firstly imagine you are calling in and you on hold forever and when someone does answer they transfer you. I sat on the call for hours for the last few weeks and till date I’m not assisted. This is honestly unacceptable.
Terrible service. I have been trying to contact the university to weeks on end and no response. You stay on the line on hold forever and consultants just transfer your call without trying to assist. They are also very rude. For such a big name and reputable company the service is pathetic. You can be on hold for over an hour and no one assists. I’ve been sending emails and still no one responds. You really need to do something. This is unacceptable.
I’ve had this network for the longest of time. Initially it was all good however for the past month or two the service has become pathetic. I’ve been without internet for the past 2 months almost and take note they have been debiting monthly for a service they not rendering. I’ve laid numerous complaints and all I’ve been getting is canned responses and closing of tickets with no help whatsoever. After so much back and forth I’ve decided to finally cancel and try to look for another service provider which now zoom does not want to allow any other service providers to lay new lines on my own property which I think is so unfair. If you were able to provide a service I wouldn’t cancel however I’m choosing to cancel due to failure on your part but still you continue to give me grief. I wouldn’t suggest anyone go with these guys, it’s all smack talk and no service. I mean why are we only dealing with useless bots that frustrate us more than anything. Pathetic service from zoom.
I’ve had endless issues from the day of installation. My biggest problem was firstly the system was placed in my lounge which is an eyesore and I’ve been complaining and just not getting the help I need. I’ve been wanting them to move the system out my lounge to the room which was agreed upon and then I received a re installation bill which I refused to pay because I would have never agreed upon the place it was positioned. I’m furious now it’s been months of back and forth because they just won’t move it to where the technician said I can place it but now because it could be a possibility that I don’t pay anything it’s a problem. I’m frustrated with your service. What a **** show
Purchased a fridge from Makro and had the run around when my fridge packed up. Finally fridge was collected after a week and handed over to defy. Defy collected my fridge and it’s over 2 weeks now and I’ve had no feedback. I’ve had to call defy and find out what’s going on still no response and no fridge. What happens to me in a case of everything I’ve lost ??? This is so frustrating
I purchased a fridge from Makro and lasted just under a year and it packed up while under warranty. Fridge was collected and fighting with Makro and Defy collected the fridge and that was done after a week. While without a fridge it’s over 2 weeks since collection and still no word from Makro or Defy. I’ve lost food now since my struggle for 3 weeks now. This is so unfair.
Seriously poor service from RAM still awaiting a parcel that should have been received in this week and it’s now Friday. Drivers refused to show up in stipulated time and some how expected me to take a day off work to receive my parcel. One would expect better service from a company that has been in business for so many years. Professionalism is lacking.
So disappointed with Rain service. I had been using rain for over a year and I’ve moved into a new place. I was u able to get network for 2 months since the move. Called in and was assisted the guy had me walking around the house trying to locate signal and then tells me there is nothing he can do I must just continue trying. I went online and checked my data usage which was at 0 and still I had to pay for a service I did not use. This is pathetic Rain. You have gained so many clients and now you are unable to provide for all and we stuck having to pay for ****ty service that does not work. I think it’s bull**** man surely if it was not used you could reimburse or contact a person to find out what’s the reason. What a waste of my dam time and money.
What ****ty service from pick n pay Westwood, Sherwood, Durban. I went to buy Clover Nolac milk on Friday and to get home after using the milk to see it’s expired. The milk expired in October 2020. I return take my cash back and proceed to do a lil shopping (I was very hesitant) and look on the shelves all their Nolac milk is expired and all which expired in October and December 2020. I called the manager and they changed it, so I took 3 of the items all which will expire in April to get to the check out and look at my receipt when I get home to my surprise the cashier charges me for 4x Nolac milk. What goes on tho ? Does it really mean that we now have to double and triple check everything??? This is terrible.
I ordered 2 chili cheese double meals from Uber eats on the 17/06/2020. I ordered from Berea in Durban which is less than 15 mins away from where I stay. Firstly my food came here cold and only to find out there are no fries at all. I reported the incident same time and received a mail saying I should be refunded within 7-9 working days and till this day I still haven’t received my refund. If you can’t deliver rather stop in certain areas, your clients should be your priority. Put us first as we choose to have you as the source of delivery, also just to mention your delivery is not free AND to order food online is not free ( I use my data and my cash).
