Bad Service

My name is Azile, last year December I went to Stadium In Food Court in Bloemfontein next to Mesdiclinic to dine with my sister as usual. Not knowing that was going to be first bad day there when it comes to service. I went by the counter, Lucia attended me of which that is where the problem started, she said we can't dine on we have to take takeaway when I asked why she said there are no clean dishes. So we have to buy and leave I said but i cam see the dishes I want to dine in can someone at the back help with dishes, her answer was no the other person is busy preparing food. Okay that was a last straw then I said give us takeaway but we will sit she said no you can't if customers who buys takeaway they leave. I said we will sit so anyone who question you send them to us. Okay fine fast forward the food came on a doggie bag, when we open the food was all over the bag, the bread and cheese were super dry to a point that I asked Palesa Trainee to see, I asked her to call the manager, Angela who just started her shift came and pologised asking to make another meal for us. So my complain is how come a whole restaurant tells customers they don't have clean plated and must go eat outside cause they are not allowed to dine with doggie bag. I mean like we paid not that we as customers always have negative agenda but why such treatment and that's my favorite restaurant.
