Unauthorised transaction

Transactions by "Mac and Things" & RMB/FNB’s System Failure I am absolutely devastated by the deductions from my bank account by a company called Mac and Things. I have never authorized any payments to them, yet they have managed to withdraw money from my account without my consent.

The most frustrating part is that RMB/FNB's system allows this to happen! A secure banking system should not permit unauthorized transactions. It is unacceptable that ****mers can simply deduct money without explicit approval from the account holder. This is a clear failure on FNB's part, and they need to take responsibility.

I demand a full refund for the ****** amount and immediate action to prevent this from happening to anyone else. RMB/FNB needs to overhaul their security measures to ensure that unauthorised deductions are blocked before they happen. A bank should protect its customers.

If you bank with FNB, I urge you to check your statements regularly and report any suspicious deductions. This kind of negligence cannot continue!
