So update this review, 1 few days short of 2 months and still not sorted out. Stage Zero sent out a technician who said the same thing as the contractor who installed the system that there is something wrong with the 4th battery and needs replaced and still nothing from the warehouse. I cant imagine the warehouse being out of batteries.
********** service, spent R15 000+ to upgrade and move the system and this is the service I get? If it wasnt for that R20k decommissioning fee, I would have cancelled my service with you.
Im requesting a refund for the difference between what Ive paid for and what Im receiving.

Their support is terrible. When I first signed up last year it took them over a month to come through so connect the unit up properly after the initial installation (during the time my wife was giving birth so was extremely stressful for us). I had the system upgraded but theres a problem with 1 of the batteries and its been over a month since I logged the call. I've followed up numerous times with no success. With the decommissioning fee of R20k+ I feel held hostage to this terrible service and really do not recommend!
