So update this review, 1 few days short of 2 months and still not sorted out. Stage Zero sent out a technician who said the same thing as the contractor who installed the system that there is something wrong with the 4th battery and needs replaced and still nothing from the warehouse. I cant imagine the warehouse being out of batteries. ********** service, spent R15 000+ to upgrade and move the system and this is the service I get? If it wasnt for that R20k decommissioning fee, I would have cancelled my service with you. Im requesting a refund for the difference between what Ive paid for and what Im receiving. Do not recommend at al!!! Their support is terrible. When I first signed up last year it took them over a month to come through so connect the unit up properly after the initial installation (during the time my wife was giving birth so was extremely stressful for us). I had the system upgraded but theres a problem with 1 of the batteries and its been over a month since I logged the call. I've followed up numerous times with no success. With the decommissioning fee of R20k+ I feel held hostage to this terrible service and really do not recommend!
Unacceptable Service from Standard Bank Insurance – Urgent Claim Ignored I am appalled at the service I’ve received from Standard Bank Insurance. My urgent claim was supposedly assigned earlier this week, and since then I have had zero communication or feedback. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls lead nowhere. When calling the main line, I get bounced from one agent to another, or the call is simply ended. There is absolutely no accountability and no effort to assist. We must move out by next weekend, and we cannot move into our home because we have no water. This is a critical issue, yet Standard Bank Insurance has shown no urgency or responsibility whatsoever. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely stressful. I expect immediate action and proper communication.

<p>A pity there isn't negative stars... As with the first review, the owner was friendly and appeared professional. My dad and I are proficient diy'ers so we built the solar stand and ran all the conduit so the job would be easier and quicker for them. 2-4 weeks after we told them that we are finished and can start work, did they finally send out a contractor to install it. We were told it would take two weeks at the most... Took a month for him to "finish". The installation was a complete diabolical mess. Then the owners father came to "fix" it and created a worse mess. Then finally the owner came out to fix it. After a week of him trying to sort it out, he stopped coming through, giving endless excuses. Then we get told we should've had 6 more panels and 8 more batteries. After sending an email about our grievances, they claimed they quoted us on the system with those extra panels and batteries but we went for the cheaper option. We also paid for a solar geyser which they were going to get a local farmer (with no certifications or experience) to install, which still hasn't happened. They have such a high staff turn over and their offices are such a disaster, its no wonder they can't manage running the business and is amazing how they are still going. Stay far away from Utas!</p>
