I would like to bring to your attention the treatment I’ve received as a customer of Norkem Corner from Stallion security and centre management of Norkem Corner, Norkem, Kempton Park. I’ve been using this centre for many years now but unfortunately I no longer do so because I was parked right by the entrance, another driver, while reversing, bumped and scratched my BMW X3 2025 model. When I asked for the footage for insurance to claim damages they said they don’t have it after making me wait for quite some time for it. Security personnel on the ground and car guards assured me that I’d get the footage after opening a case at the police, I came back with a case number and still got no assistance. I’m quite disappointed at this. Your company lets perpetrators get away with wrong doing. How can you not have footage of the entrance…what about customers parking right at the back?

Arrogant security guard.
As a former employee of Stallion I understand the SOP's and protocols, or at least have a firm grasp. As my wife approached the entrance to the Paardevlei Precinct in Somerset West on the afternoon of 25 October, she waited several minutes for the security guard to come outside the guard house to scan the car license and open the boom gate. With no reaction she hooted to get the attention of the security guard who was preoccupied with his cellphone. This individual then walked outside of the enclosure and very aggressively shouted at my wife asking why is she hooting. She responded by asking why is he not focused on the gate and doing his duty. He rep**** that she can wait. I can handle a arrogant young security officer, but if he projects his insecurity onto a woman, and specifically my wife, I loose all logic and rationale. I have reported this to Brett Allen but I would appreciate feedback and disciplinary action.
