Worst service and most arrogant people

Worst service ever and arrogant

I was at capitec three rivers by Riverwalk before me was a guy and they ****** him from his money and card when I went down to look for the security I knock on the door no answer I knock harder the security open the door and shout on me why do I knock on the door he is busy I explain to him what happen and ask him were is the security that must be on top he said it is not his job to check what is going on at the shops and capitec must get their own security because that is not his job

So why are you their if it is not your job and he was so arrogant and rude he can be glad I could get hold of his supervisor

How do you employ people like that ,that don't want to do their job and tell you it is your problem not his 😡😡😡😡
