Worst service ever and arrogant I was at capitec three rivers by Riverwalk before me was a guy and they ****** him from his money and card when I went down to look for the security I knock on the door no answer I knock harder the security open the door and shout on me why do I knock on the door he is busy I explain to him what happen and ask him were is the security that must be on top he said it is not his job to check what is going on at the shops and capitec must get their own security because that is not his job So why are you their if it is not your job and he was so arrogant and rude he can be glad I could get hold of his supervisor How do you employ people like that ,that don't want to do their job and tell you it is your problem not his 😡😡😡😡

You guys are quickly to get the bank details and make appointments but you DON'T even pitch up for you appointments if this is how you guys operate then i will definitely will not take a tracker for my vehicle You made an appointment for 12 o clock today it is 16:26 after I phoned how many times they said the technician went off duty so how can we even trust you to find my vehicle if you cannot even come to your appointment This is the worst service ever I am with matrix for more than 8yrs now and decided to change because you offer more than them but after this I will not recommend you for any one
How unprofessional are you guys , series it is almost a week and overtime i phone for my package it is the same story will be delivered in 48 hours how many 48 hours is there and then when you ask to speak to the person that is working with the drivers no their is no one so you wanne tell me they work just as they want And then firstly you gave my package to the wrong driver not my mistake your mistake so then it is out for delivery then it is this then it is that serious how the heck do you work like this Next time I am definitely using someone else I am so disappointed in you guys and sick and tired of sitting at home waiting for you guys canceling my things because if I miss you then it is a different story again how do you guys expect to get work in if you service is so bad 😡
This is what happen i placed my order the shop mess up my order they brought me the wrong order the a.s.a.p bikes when the guy came here i told him it is not my order then he argued with me and say it is my order after i showed him my invoice then he said o it is not your order, then i said i want my order today because i bought food and things for my family to eat after i phoned the head office they say they will esculate it afte 36min i phoned again and the lady told me the shop is closed so i must wait until tomorrow you guys are the worst service ever and you don't care were people get money to buy again food the attitude of the driver , the shop , the customer call agent is not acceptable this is bulk**** now i must wait until tomorrow to get my food because the people is not doing their job 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I am not happy at all i have my insurance for how many years now and now i am sick and tired of telling phone this one phone this one 1.December 2022 i let my insurance know to take of my 1 vehicle because i sold it and bought another one they must put on my insurance guest what they did not take it off and i had to pay jan 2023 the installment and all they can say sorry even if i don't have the car 2.March i upgraded to my s23 ultra and i let my insurance please take of the s22 and put both s23 ultra on i did not say i wanted a quote or something my instruction was take of the s22 and put on the s23 ultra no one did it when my phone fell i let the insurance know about it and guess what they never put my s23 ultra on my insurance as i instructed them to do and the phone that i told them to took off they never did and i had to pay for a phone i don't have 3.my car was in a accident for 2 weeks my car is standing at the assessment yard no one sort out anything to move my car to the panelbeater , so after how many emails and phone calls they eventually moved my car but now we struggle to get the assessment request papers from the insurance so they can access my car and let the insurance know what is going on and how much it is going to cost , and everytime you phone the person working with this is not available I am sick and tired i pay one hell of a payment each month for my insurance for what nothing because no one is helping and nothing is going somewhere and in the meantime i am struggling without transport to work , taking my kid to the doctor etc How many phone calls and fights must you have to sort out for something you are paying your ass off i am tired of no one giving you answers and evertime it is a different story you are quickly to take the payment even if i don't have the things you still took the payment after what i instructed you to do and you didn't to your work So i want a solution on this today i am sick and tired of fighting and all your different stories How must i take out a insurance for my business with you if i struggle with my personal insurance This is not acceptable at all
Hi i very, very disappointed with old mutual insure department , the following happen I was involved in a accident on the 30/11/2019 with the company Hollywood bits Vereeniging, I was coming down in General hertzog going to vereeniging , i was traveling in the right lane and Hollywood was traveling in the left lane , i slowed down for the pothole in my lane i went threw the pothole and drove on again , Hollywood was in the left lane further on there is also a pothole and decided to switch lanes without indicating and observing twice and i was already next to him traveling still in the right lane and he cane over without looking and he hit me from the side Now OLD MUTUAL THE INSURANCE COMPANY OF HOLLYWOOD ONLY WANT TO DO A PAYMENT OF R7000 as my vehicle was written off by 3 Panel Beater Companies i want OLD MUTUAL to pay the damages on my vehicle because i did not made the mistake HOLLYWOOD BITS VEREENIGING DRIVER switch lanes WITHOUT LOOKING OR INDICATING , i bought my vehicle on the 29/11/2019 for R90 000 and did not even had a chance to take out a insurance on my name And it is so unfair because of OLD MUTUAL AND HOLLYWOOD i lost my job because i could not get to work and in the meantime Hollywoods Vereeniging car has been fix and they are driving with it If there is anyone of OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE that is willing to talk to me about the accident and atleast a good settlement, so i can have my car repaired And the worst of all i struggle to get the people from OLD MUTUAL to get hold of them or them getting back at me You can contact me on 083 534 9629 Regards Bennie

Ons het die flaky hot chocolate bestel en ons kry n halwe flakie ons het het met die manager lebo gepraat sy se die eienaaf het gese sy moet die flakes in die helfte deel ek was gister by Wimpy Arconpark waar ek baie goeie diens ontvang het en n hele flake gekry het die room was wel suur Janie het onmiddelik onverskoning gevrae en vir ons n gratis koffie gegee terwyl sy vir ons die ander een voorberei het dit is nou diens van Arconpark wimpy ek is glad nie tevrede met die diens wat ons van Wimpy vereeniging gekry het nie
Ek wil net dankie vir cell c se so 3 weke terug was daar n probleem maar als is nou uitgesort ek het gister my upgrade gedoen en vandag het Ram dit vir my afgelewer ek is baie in my noppies weereens baie dankie
