Standard bank trust fund does not care about people.

I have a problem with standard bank, my late husband's money was sent by momentum to standard bank to take care of my kids, but ever since they have never put the correct amount of money for the kids in time, the money is always R2500 short and I have to call them and send email to them and they will never get back to you, I will end up getting the money late, the money for February I got it after 24 March and April money is still short but everything is in writing and I have telephonic calls with the lady handling this issue and her name is Sesi.
