I have a problem with standard bank, my late husband's money was sent by momentum to standard bank to take care of my kids, but ever since they have never put the correct amount of money for the kids in time, the money is always R2500 short and I have to call them and send email to them and they will never get back to you, I will end up getting the money late, the money for February I got it after 24 March and April money is still short but everything is in writing and I have telephonic calls with the lady handling this issue and her name is Sesi. The money for the kids is supposed to be as follows: Budlelwane R2000, Bungcwalisa R3000 and Shalom R3000 but every month I have a burden of reminding them that the money for the kids is short, i am tired of this, if this bank does not want to help my kids, they must send the money back to momentum. I have proofs of each conversation and they record their calls
On the 18th of December 2025 I took my car for service to this service centre, my car was at 82000km and I wrote a note of things that need to be replaced: wiper blades, tyre sensor monitor(front), glove box that was not closing and the noise on the driver side. They replaced non because they were out of stock and when I took my car it was making a terrible noise when I'm turning the steering wheel, I didn't even drive a kilometer I took it back. I'm so angry at this service centre because I was there hoping to get a better service and parts for my car instead my car was ruined. If this service centre does not fix what they did to my car, I will sue Haval because I drove that car for 32000km without a problem, that car never went to any mechanic ever since I bought it, I changed the clutch kit only and service it at car service city and they have the records of that. And the person who was servicing my car had the nerve to tell the driver to give me his numbers to call him if the car has a problem, meaning he knew what he did to my car was wrong he just wanted to fool me around and milk money from me for a mess that he did. I need my car safe and sound or they will face the lawsuit.
I have been at pep springs avenues since 12:45 on the que the staff is just not attending us, they are just moving around enjoying their talks and laughing. This is not the first time I'm experiencing this poor service in this shop. Their service is extremely poor, they are not brothered about long ques and people who have been standing for a long time.
I app**** for a landline on the 18/08/2025 and paid deposit of R700 but up untill now now Telkom springs mall is not assisting me, the number that they said I should call is just ringing no one has ever picked up, I'm disappointed with their service.
I am highly disappointed with pick n pay in Springs Mall, they did not sell spoiled items once but twice, they sold bread with fungae I decided to let that slide and again they delivered rotten polony slices, this shop does not care about customers. The bread expiry date was 17 February and the delivered bread on that day, how come they didn't see that? The polony is worse....
Today 28/11/2023 at 14:44 I deposited funds into the wrong account number, I quickly informed Capitec bank about the incident, they said they can't help me, I asked them to use the ATM id and transaction id to get the information but still they refused. My question is what is the transaction id used for if it can't benefit the clients? I gave them my ACC which is 1421591608 The wrong one has 9160 at the end, I also have these numbers in my account as well and the name of the person is MISS CHA.... something, I thought the little information that I gave them was enough for them to try but they didn't even try, they didn't even touch their computers to show at least that they care. They don't even know if they ATM has been tempered with or not.
On 06/03/2021 I deposited R1200 via pep Square Kwathema at 10:54. At 12:12 I received a call from 0673657902 a lady called Nompumelelo said there is a problem with the system at their pep so if I experience problems with the money that I deposited I should go back to the shop and I said ok and hung up. On 08/03/2021 my mother went to withdraw the money and she was told that the money was withdrawn from Springs U-Save on 06/03/2021 around 12noon. Now when I go to that pep I realised that my slip is written Nompumelelo and the one who called me was Nompulelo that raises a red flag. When I spoke to the manager she said I should go to the police and I went to the police and opened a case but when I want more details about the withdrawal they are refusing. The system should show the ID of the person who withdrew the money and the time and camera should show, but they do not want to give me that information. And the number that Nompumelelo called me from was not the office number and now it is off. Please assist me I am not working that money will feed my children.
I recently complained about Lewis stores and the head office took the complaint very seriousand attended to it with urgency. I am happy about their service.
Today i went to buy some goods at shoprite in TONKMETER. Amongst my items there was a steering cover that was priced on the shelf as R59.99 but on the till it did not scan. Another lady came back and said it is R69.99 i showed them the code that was on the shelf another lady with the name tag ONGEZIWE gave me a refund and i signed and i went back to buy it again thinking that they have sorted the problem only to find that it was still not scanning again i told that lady who was a cashier (XOLELWA) that the item is R59.99 i told her that i can go to fetch the code, she did not respond she just gave me a cold shoulder with attitude and the same lady with no name tag came and told the cashier that the item is R69.99 offwhich i don't even know where are they getting this price because on the shelf there's a price of R59.99 and she gave me a straight look and ask me if i want it..i said yes i want it and i paid and left. But i was just not happy with the service....items should be charged using the prices on the shelves and if they may a mistake that should not be a customer's problem.
Bad service, rude staff. They do not give the customers complete items since 2018 they promised me my plug for the washing machine up untill today. I want a settlement amount they keep on telli g me that they will call me...last time i asked my settlement amount they said it is R3000 and it didnt make sense because my account was R13000 and to pay R700 for 36 months but up to date i have paid R16800 already this does not add i feel lime i have been over charged....SPRINGS BRANCH IS RUDE.
