Bought i Haval Gt from Haval springs before they moved over to cassyes ford. Worst aftersales service ever. Workshop manager very rude ,thinks he runs the show there, the car gave issues from day 1 and yet still not fixed , drove down to south coast i had to go fetch the car as it losses power and diff was making funny , haval springs owner from auto alpina throw hes hands in the air , hes not part of haval anymore , trying to lecture me about cars , i have drove more cars then he drove in hes lifetime . No they only deal with Cherry i would not recomend anyone buying from them ****ty service , i has came to the point we are selling the haval gt just to get rid of off all the issues. Worst dealerships when it comes to aftersales and customer support . These chinese cars are ****. Dont buy them.

Bad service , pick up a noise on a brand new H6 haval gt. The workshop manager is useless and was very rude to my son until i walked in there. Then they wanted to start helping my son. The car made a grinding noise on idle, they said its normal drive it , so he went down to the coast , car has lost power , also the diff making noises , grinding noises from the turbo and no power at all. I drove the car back over 3 days as it does not want to go. Now the haval tech drove the car here in springs and sayes everything is normal. Theres a huge problen with this car. And was reported 3 days after the purches nothing was done now we sit with a ****ed car , and they say its normal. Really bad , the worst after sales ever . I wont recomend to buy a haval to anyone its *******

On the 18th of December 2025 I took my car for service to this service centre, my car was at 82000km and I wrote a note of things that need to be replaced: wiper blades, tyre sensor monitor(front), glove box that was not closing and the noise on the driver side. They replaced non because they were out of stock and when I took my car it was making a terrible noise when I'm turning the steering wheel, I didn't even drive a kilometer I took it back. I'm so angry at this service centre because I was there hoping to get a better service and parts for my car instead my car was ruined. If this service centre does not fix what they did to my car, I will sue Haval because I drove that car for 32000km without a problem, that car never went to any mechanic ever since I bought it, I changed the clutch kit only and service it at car service city and they have the records of that. And the person who was servicing my car had the nerve to tell the driver to give me his numbers to call him if the car has a problem, meaning he knew what he did to my car was wrong he just wanted to fool me around and milk money from me for a mess that he did. I need my car safe and sound or they will face the lawsuit.

After looking for a new car for my wife, I ended up at Haval Springs and salesperson Dirk van Schalkwyk. WoW was the most pleasant experience ever, from testing the vehicle to the final day of picking up the car. Thank you, better than Raceview Motors in Alberton, which lost out on a sale, because I walked in, walked around and sat in the cars, and no one came to help me.

After looking for a new car for my wife, I ended up at Haval Springs and salesperson Dirk van Schalkwyk. WoW was the most pleasant experience ever, from testing the vehicle to the final day of picking up the car. We received absolute fantastic service from everyone at Haval Springs. From Derick Mabunda, the salesperson, to the ladies assisting with the finance. We gave them our budget for a monthly installment and they did everyhting in their power to keep to our budget. I can honestly recommend Haval Springs. Their service and their cars are top notch.

Very good dealership. Reasonably priced deals on all new vehicles. Used vehicles also available. Customer service is very good and staff are knowledgeable about the vehicles on sale. Safe and secure parking on the premises. Test drives can be conveniently arranged when booking an appointment. Nicely sized showroom in an easily accessible location. Definitely worth the visit, for those looking at purchasing a vehicle.

This is what I have send to Haval about a week ago and they still did not even contacted me. After I phoned there Head office the gentlemen said that they can't help me and that all the managers and directors is on a conference. Bull !!!! I have about 2 3 months ago contacted Haval Springs where Kriben was assisting me to purchase a Haval H6 premium 2019. So many promises was made and every time I phoned more promises and expiations was made. I then spoke to the finance guy Obet and he then said that he will speak to the sales person and that he will get back to me. Well this also did not happen and every time I go to haval. Kriben tels me that he will get me the Haval H6 and that I will pay R5500. I then spoke to my spouse and we asked if it could be less and Kriben then said he will try to go less. This Haval springs also conformed it to another person that they are busy with my deal and that everything is in place. Kriben also said that the validations was done and that I would get my car. This kept going on and on and I kept sending messages and Whatsupps which I have. I also have the witnesses that what was said and promised. After weeks I got fed up and I then phoned the offices and said I need to speak to the manager. This still did not hapen. I asked to speak to Obet and left messages. This did not happen. Then after a week again I phoned and got hold of Obet. He then said that they are very sorry but Kirben did not do anything seen that he could not get my bakkie traded in. THIS AFTER WEEKS of leading me around the bush for what. Al I get is a sorry. They then said that I did re fur someone to them and that I can get referral fees. I am not interested in referral fees. I don't want your money. I want my H6 Haval Premium as promised. Then they invited me to come and see them. Just to be told sorry and to hand me a pen set. Well I am not happy and WE are going to take this matter further. Seen that they once again said that they will see what they can do. And guess what nobody phoned me. So they are trying to keep me quite. This is so unprofessional and TCF was not applied. I will be going to hello Peter and believe me that Twitter and social media will get to know about how Haval Springs has treated me and the promises that was made. I will also go to the Springs Advertiser and give them all the correspondence that was done. I need answers and why I was kept in the dark for so long (Weeks) with the expectation that I am getting my Haval. Making me excited. FOR WHAT !!!!. I need answers.
