Bought i Haval Gt from Haval springs before they moved over to cassyes ford. Worst aftersales service ever. Workshop manager very rude ,thinks he runs the show there, the car gave issues from day 1 and yet still not fixed , drove down to south coast i had to go fetch the car as it losses power and diff was making funny , haval springs owner from auto alpina throw hes hands in the air , hes not part of haval anymore , trying to lecture me about cars , i have drove more cars then he drove in hes lifetime . No they only deal with Cherry i would not recomend anyone buying from them ****ty service , i has came to the point we are selling the haval gt just to get rid of off all the issues. Worst dealerships when it comes to aftersales and customer support . These chinese cars are ****. Dont buy them.
Bad service , pick up a noise on a brand new H6 haval gt. The workshop manager is useless and was very rude to my son until i walked in there. Then they wanted to start helping my son. The car made a grinding noise on idle, they said its normal drive it , so he went down to the coast , car has lost power , also the diff making noises , grinding noises from the turbo and no power at all. I drove the car back over 3 days as it does not want to go. Now the haval tech drove the car here in springs and sayes everything is normal. Theres a huge problen with this car. And was reported 3 days after the purches nothing was done now we sit with a ****ed car , and they say its normal. Really bad , the worst after sales ever . I wont recomend to buy a haval to anyone its *******
Very bad client service when you phone in you are send the different agents, i waiting more then a week for a instalion, as they agents are always busy and the dont phone you back. Now that they fitted the tracking unit , i cant get the certificate as there system is OFF line and there Netstar app is also Offline, i even pressed the New units panic button and No agent from Netstar has phoned me as there system is offline , if i was in emergency what then ????? Phone call centre regarding this issue and he cant even aswer me as he does not know what to say ??????? Whats going on there NETSTAR ?????????
ACC DER005 ...Good day.....i get paid on the last day off every month, you are very fast to suspend my account now that the debit order did not go threw on the 28th of march, but when we sit without wi fi for n week or 2 weeks because youre system crashed it is No problem you dont take that in account and that is not on i think you are not fair to youre customers i can not pick money from trees to put in my account so youre debit order can go off !!!!! I have so many tickets logged for wi fi down this year and year before but on a long weekend out of my control you suspend my account. There is no aother words then YOURE company SUCKS , and we spoke about this alot off times as my salary gets paid the LAST day off the month no matter of theres public holidays or not. Its not that we dont pay our account just be reasonable to youre customers as it comes to public holidays and salary dates
I would like to say thank you to the Herme Visser the Branch Manager of Mit mak motors. He went out of hes way to deliver our Audi S3 which my Son bought from them a thew weeks ago , personally handled the transaction and kept me up to date all the time threw out the transaction. He also personally delivered the vehicle to us Thursday night at 8pm i would really call that oustanding customer service !!!!!! Herme thank you for sorting this deal out and going out of youre way for my Son. I thank you very much Herme , Youre service is TOPS....!!!!!! Keep up the Good work....!!!!
Good day we bought a Audi S3 from Mit Mak Motors 2 weeks ago. STILL have not recieved delivery of this vehicle the car has huge problems , apparently electrical faults , car has been to Audi hatfield for repars and its still not fixed its apperently at a electician at the moment and no Eta was given to us yet. If you contact the salesman he does not answe hes phone or replies to any whatsups. We did manage to get a courtasy car but it is falling apart fromt left seat is loose arm rest fell off and it seems the car is not changing gears stuck in 1 gear as it is a automatic.i have never bought a car and waited 2 weeks for delivery as there is faults on the car. My question is how can Mit mak motors sell a car if there is such a huge problem with it. Service realy bad. I am very unhappy about this i must pay the vehicle month end but i dont even have the car how does that work even ask the salesman to give my deposit back of 150 thousend rand he said sorry they cant meanwhile i must sit without the car we have bought. I am very worried if when i get delivery of the car will it be fixed and what problems we will have down the line. Once again Bad Bad service from Mit Mak motors.
