Parking deposit

I really don’t understand what the problem is, first you said it will take 14 working days then the was no communication regarding the system having issues now it’s been 3 days since communication , it has been a full month since waiting for the deposit.

What is the problem now? Transferring from one bank to another takes 24/48 house it’s been 72 hours with no communication. This is unprofessional and really upsetting
