I really don’t understand what the problem is, first you said it will take 14 working days then the was no communication regarding the system having issues now it’s been 3 days since communication , it has been a full month since waiting for the deposit. What is the problem now? Transferring from one bank to another takes 24/48 house it’s been 72 hours with no communication. This is unprofessional and really upsetting When m I getting my money back

Stanely studios is the worst. It is a studio but basically a one room with a bathroom. They advertise R 6 500 and in six months they have increased rentals and this months’ invoice is R 9 300!!!! I cancelled my lease 4 days after signing and they have locked me out and won’t let me take my stuff!!! Even if you were going for convenience! Stanely is the worst!!!!

Stanely studios is the worst. It is a studio but basically a one room with a bathroom. They advertise R 6 500 and in six months they have increased rentals and this months’ invoice is R 9 300!!!! I cancelled my lease 4 days after signing and they have locked me out and won’t let me take my stuff!!! Even if you were going for convenience! Stanely is the worst!!!!

Stanley Mabila claims that he wants to showcase clean, effective and functioning apartments and studios for the public. Not only is he lying, but he is just as useless and pathetic in business like his two henchmen, Kaliza Bashonga - one of the worst managers I have ever experienced; he should not be in his job and he should do all a favor and leave managerial completely, likewise for his even slower and almost always sick companion, Buitumelo. The circus called Stanley Studios has no service to tenets except on of Mabila's henchmen will gladly call you to tell you how they plan to raise tariffs, fine you for whatsoever and if they need your help. If you need them, unread email, unanswered calls and unanswered messages. If you want value for money, DO NOT COME TO THIS CRACK HELL. These folks will rob you blind, leave you without service or aid and then treat you with disrespect, bad manners and rudeness. Do not do any business with Stanley Mabila or Kaliza Bashonga. They are bad in business and even worse representations of themselves - I'm being kind to them here. Since living here I received no help, no answers and just fees. Management is useless and should all be let go, and Mr. Mabila should explain to his networks, business acquaintances and consumers firstly why he is proud of pathetic service and secondly how he can call himself a business man when really he is a con artist. If you want cold water, non-functioning apartments, no replies, no management, no support and to spend enormous amounts of money on nothing - this junkhole is for you. The only good thing is the Virgin Active, the rest is beyond bad, it is embarrassing and I hope investors decide against renting, investing money or hiring or working with Stanley Mabila or Kaliza Bashonga. They will make your life hell and your health will decline. They are that lazy, egotistical and complacent. You will be stranded, cold, alone and unhappy. Kaliza Bashonga and Mabila should do our country a favor and leave their business and jobs and do us a service and never, NEVER work in management, or work with tenants. Stanley Mabila is the worst businessman and CEO I have ever encountered - no order, no communication and ZERO work ethic and pride. Kaliza Bashonga should give back his qualifications and leave the business; he will and should never be in a managerial position as it is far over his head, and he should not be working PERIOD. I am warning friends, family, fellow South Africans and personal acquaintances, friends and colleagues in property to not do any business dealings here, and Africrest should get new management. But they are just as corrupt and pathetic. You have been warned.

Stanley Studios in Milpark that is managed by Propficient, Property Management and under Africrest Properties is one of the most HORRIFIC rental places you can live in. Mabila Mthani who is the Property Manager there is the worst. He threatens you and becomes aggressive. Him together with his accomplice Kaliza lay false claims and exaggerates non-existing incidences so they cancel your lease if they can’t take advantage of you. Mabila had me evicted after I refused his advances towards me. He literally forced himself on me inside my unit under the disguise of doing an “inspection following complaints by neighbours of subletting” I still cannot believe that this happened to me at Stanley studios. I will not even mention Kaliza Bashongo who is just plainly useless, he never responds to calls and emails. They increase costs of utilities and think you won’t notice. The rent is never a fixed rate and above many things that is why nobody lasts longer than a month to 6 months at Stanley Studios. If you ever consider Stanley studios - just think twice!!! Mabila Mthani is the real pain!

Moved in on 4 January 2022. The keys of the unit was not available. Had to wait, then the balcony key is missing. 20 days later still struggling to have this sorted. Phones do not get answered. Emails are ignored. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Service is just not a priority for Kaliza or Biotumela. They also refuse to give a phone number of someone higher up, who do they report to? Is this the way we handle paying clients in SA?
