If it was possible to rate this business less that zero, I would. What a lot of ****** and ****s. If you want to ship your car anywhere stay clear of this *****/clown show. They damage vehicles and take no responsibility for it, even if you have photos and their own documentation to back up your claim. They ignore emails, never get back to you once the money is paid and are the most unprofessional business I have delt with in 40 years. Just stay clear if you value your property.
Today I will write in a bad poem style: Where do I begin to tell the horrid story of how bad service can be, the story that leaves you stranded and unsafe in a filthy flat you paid for so trustily... Where do I start?.. Paid the deposit and month rent ahead, arrived from Gauteng eager and expectably, just to be crushed with the worst service possibly... No Communication and lies all around me, the agents could not give a stuff about me... They had the money so go see if they care or do their job as it should be... A filthy flat with broken stove, tap and front door, that is all that's left for me... Where do I start?... But of course it's not them stranded in parking lot with furniture stacked in the car on the 1st of the month... No thought of who the client may be in the story of trusting agents as it should be..... No answer on any phone call or sms, you just have to wait until it suits them to bother with the paying client, but why should they in the **** Cape service industry? Client? what a joke here in Cape Town the demand outstrip the supply, so why should they bother with clients?.... Well why should I recommend them to anybody....
I had to transfer a large amount of money to a university. Went into Brooklyn branch in PTA. Got really excellent service. They helped me with everything and I left feeling great and quite frankly surprised at the high level of service. Well done FNB Brooklyn.
Moved in on 4 January 2022. The keys of the unit was not available. Had to wait, then the balcony key is missing. 20 days later still struggling to have this sorted. Phones do not get answered. Emails are ignored. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Service is just not a priority for Kaliza or Biotumela. They also refuse to give a phone number of someone higher up, who do they report to? Is this the way we handle paying clients in SA?
