I really don’t understand what the problem is, first you said it will take 14 working days then the was no communication regarding the system having issues now it’s been 3 days since communication , it has been a full month since waiting for the deposit. What is the problem now? Transferring from one bank to another takes 24/48 house it’s been 72 hours with no communication. This is unprofessional and really upsetting When m I getting my money back

It's been over 2-3 years; I've been asking you guys to remove yourself on my ITC or provide me with a letter so that I can dispute this information with Clearscore and Experian but we on are on year 3 and it's still appearing a R70 on my ITC with an active status. I waited 25 minutes for just a wrapsta and Charlene all she could tell me is that its the egg thats taking long. Then there is no coffee, latte or anything warm then she is rude when you complain
Worst service ever I ordered on superbalist and requested a collection on the 10th January and it was not done instead it was rescheduled then cancelled without my knowledge claiming failed collection how when I was home 24/7 (RMA5999738). Thought maybe this was a mistake I then requested on Monday 15th another collection which was rescheduled twice (RMA6014934), today is the 19th and even the Superbalist consultants have ran out of excuses for you guys. There is always someone at home I don’t understand why your drivers are not doing their job,it was so easy for them to drop it off so rudely but now to pick up it takes them more then a week.

First I was transferred from pillar to post, some lines are answered and I’m overhearing conversations but no one is talking to me the whole call is unattended, then I get through to a consultant who doesn’t seem to be interested in nothing except rushing to end the call. Very disappointing placed on hold for no reason made to repeat myself, assumptions made on the request made and the tone of the whole call. Fix your consultants attitude towards service
I’ve called and emailed countless times for you guys to update the proof of payments to my current loan from my old one every month 5 months later nothing is updated. I’ve decided to stop paying you since our country is in bad debt it wouldn’t hurt for me to atleast have one bad record
I since ordered Food at 19:48 till now which is 21:18 the food has not arrived. Called the restaurant and they advising me to complain as they don’t know if I’m gone be refunded or not… Worst service
The worst this is the 4th time i order and the driver doesn’t deliver i report them and I don’t get feed back this is pathetic order number 142059568. Till now I haven’t received my refund or even on my previous cases no feedback.
