Star Hiring Durban - Deposit Scam

Before booking a hire with them they clearly state the deposit is refundable. Its been a month and 2 emails later and a telephone call and they still failed to return my deposit. They dont respond to any emails but are quick to request payment before booking items to hire. If you dont take steps to get your money back , they will just keep it , I have still not received my deposit back . Shady business practices
