Absolutely ***********. It is like they are doing their jobs for the first time, slow lethargic service. Escalation upon escalation with Samsung, then when you finally get somewhere, regener8 need to escalate with Samsung, leaving you like a ****** in the middle. It is embarassing that Samsung use such a pathetic company with staff that appear to have been given no training, cant answer phones, cant respond to emails, only thing they can do is escalate issues. They even fail at that.
Service department is clueless.
Sent me a damaged PC Case - When i sent it back for an RMA, they provided me a credit note but did not credit me the courier fees, so because of their fault and damage, i am billed for shipping. This company should be out of business
2nd PC purchased, ordered on Friday and it was delivered on Monday, device is as per advert
Excellent Service, i was kept updated from the time my order was placed, until delivery. Item arrived in good packaging and looks just like the listed images, Very impressed!
PG Glass Umhlanga - Went to get a quote for window tint, the gentleman gave me a quote on inspecting my car, went inside, booked it in, then confirmed again what the price was, the same gentleman that gave me the quoted asked another person (i assume the manager?) then suddenly the price is R300 more.. the person who gave me the quote acted dumbfounded , i walked out and went to another business who knew what they were doing. PG Glass umhlanga is run like a local ****a shop. make sure you get the quote in writing, better yet, go to an establishment that is actually a proper business.
Useless, lost a package, no response to emails. You just get read receipts and no responses, the owner is an idiot who provides a whatsapp number and does nothing, will move business elsewhere, dont waste your time with these amateurs
Pathetic courier company with no accountability, a parcel has just vanished in their care, they cant contact their own branches as "they put the phone down on us" - will take my business elsewhere. they dont even collect on the day expected, they go the next day or a few days after that. each driver in each town seems to have their own rules, there is absolutely no accountability with this company, please do not use them, 60% of your pacakges will make it, the rest will be broken , lost and the company management and staff play dumb. too good in putting the phones down on customers, this company will be in liquidation in a few years.
My insured citroen was involved in an accident. Insurance approved the claim and sent the car to the panelbeaters who could do nothing as there are no parts in the entire country. The parts had to be ordered from overseas and its now been over a month and not a single part has been fitted to the car and the panel-beaters dont know when the parts will arrive, so the car is sitting in their warehouse whilst I need to borrow a car. Only with this brand will you be stuck without a car for over a month and no ETA of your car being returned and no communication from citroen.
