Bought a Mahindra XUV 500 from saleman Wesley. A Week later I found out to my surprise that I have a warrantee for 12 months on the the car that I paid for. This was never mentioned or explained to me. All efforts to find out how much I paid for it as well as what it entails are ignored. Likewise Wesley absolutely refuse to send me the invoice for the R8000 ''extras'' that was loaded on the finance. This apparently was for service , delivery and license and registration. A week later the car is still not registered in my name , I still do not know how much the warranty cost me or what the extras was for.
Be very careful when buying a used vehicle from them, you will get a good vehicle, but they will ignore you once the paperwork is signed and you may end up paying for warranties you do not want or agreed to.
