I had an accident with my vehicle on the 8th November 2025. After reporting it to Virseker on the 10th OF November 2025, I had to follow up numerous times to get feedback. It was only when my brother called on the 27th November 2025,and made some noise, that they informed me of what Panel beater I had to take it to. I contacted the panel beater and when I took my vehicle in , I was informed that there will be an additional claim and it would be submitted to Virseker. In On the 7th Of January 2026 I contacted the Panel Beater again and he informed me that the vehicle would be written off, and that Virseker would contact me. Sind then I have been contacting Virseker and was told by Valintino that the lady who works with my claim is off sick and that I will have to wait for her return. Valintino did confirm that the Vehicle was written off, but could not give me any additional information. It is now two months since the accident and Virseker has made no effort to contact me and inform me of the progress. I have to pay my premium , even if I am sick, but they cannot function if one person is off sick, and I am expected to wait without a car for two months. Virseker kan hulle beter doen as dit?
Can someone at Telkom wake up and fix the Telkom tower at Vaaloewer near Vanderbijlpark? I have tried logging it on the app, tried calling in a fault, but for 4 days now we do not have data. I work from home and have to buy daily data from Cell C, while I pay a Telkom unlimited Data contract. I have 3 Telkom contracts ...keep this up and I will have none in the next three months. Two days ago when I called the person said she can see ''the tower is red'', meaning it does not work. And it still does not!. you were quick to call me to renew my contracts I had since 2-18...be that quick to fix this.
Every time my 87year old mother's contract expires, someone from Cell C call, her and despite her not giving permission, they renew the contract. This is not the first time I post about it on Hello Peter, because calling them does not help and my mom is bed ridden and cannot go to a Cell C shop. She has no stopped her debit order and they have suspended her cellphone. So will someone from Cell C please call me or we will go to the ombudsman and you will play the recording that you were supposed to have made. Furthermore, you have now left an elderly lady without communication should she need help. Shame on you Cell C...this is how you treat a customer who have been loyal for 20 years. Failing you rectifying this we will just het another number and then you can hand her over and we will force you to play the recording where she was supposed to agree to the recording in court. If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would have. A consultant called my 85-year-old mother and conned her into upgrading the unlimited cell c contract. I called them to reverse and after much time wasting, I got a reference number and was told they would call me. A week later I called again and was told the upgrade was reversed. Two hours later I got an SMS saying the contract was upgraded and the new upgrade date is now 2024. Called them 3 times since then and got from one *********** person to another. This happened two years ago as well and then it also took a huge effort to reverse. After being a Cell C client for 10 years and paying R900 a month every month without ever missing a payment I am now cancelling me and my mom's contract. Maybe this will help Wesbank answering the phones. you keep sending me threatening messages about vehicle finance that I don't have. calling you is useless as they listen to the story and then say they put you through and the phone just rings. Can someone pleas call me or shall I start posting some staff names that just forward calls?
Bought a Mahindra XUV 500 from saleman Wesley. A Week later I found out to my surprise that I have a warrantee for 12 months on the the car that I paid for. This was never mentioned or explained to me. All efforts to find out how much I paid for it as well as what it entails are ignored. Likewise Wesley absolutely refuse to send me the invoice for the R8000 ''extras'' that was loaded on the finance. This apparently was for service , delivery and license and registration. A week later the car is still not registered in my name , I still do not know how much the warranty cost me or what the extras was for. Be very careful when buying a used vehicle from them, you will get a good vehicle, but they will ignore you once the paperwork is signed and you may end up paying for warranties you do not want or agreed to.

They sent me an SMS to say I am in arrears and I must Pay R2364 immediately. I paid and on the same day, they deducted it from my debit order again. This was on the 22 December and no refund yet. I had to send bank statements, proof of payment etc. and every time they asked for another proof. Luckily I can cancel my one streaming contract, the rest I will do when the contracts expire. Telkom must be desperate for money to operate this way.
After my previous review, Capitec called me immediately and after that, it was the same old story. They asked me to go to the bank twice to submit the documents in person. Now I find out that they handed me to their ***** department!!! Well done Capitec...after 11 years you finally did it. You drove a loyal client, who even got his sister to invest her R500k policy in your 5-year plan, to seek better service. Go and look at my track record and tell me honestly if you care so little for an account like mine. Please don't call me again with stupid promises and the typical customer care speech. I will also approach the ombudsman to address the ***** department issue. Going forward, I will tell my story to all who want to listen, and when my sister's 5 years are up we will move the investment. You don not deserve a client like me!!
I have been a Capitec client for the last 11 years and as such do all my monthly financial transactions through them. I never thought I would say this, but the last week Capitec treated me like I was a fool. Thank you very much Capitec for making an intensely loyal customer so negative that I will be closing my account over the weekend. If you care at all you can contact me, just not on the WhatsApp app where you ask for endless documents and then abruptly send a message that the application is cancelled. Neither will I waste another phone call just to hold on forever and then be told a story and never to be called back, or sent me an endless stream of WhatsApp messages asking for docs. Call me, if need be I will go to a branch, but I will not be treated like a fool again.
