DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREY PRODUCT SUPPLIERS

In December 2019 - 6 months after the purchase of a motorbike battery - the battery died. It was taken to them and they replaced the battery with another brand of battery. again 9 months later their battery died and when I called to speak to the lady she said there is nothing they can do and I should purchase a battery elsewhere.
